Quit living in Canada and swap places with me then! I love cold weather, and the summer in the UK (I know...up to 25C some days!) is just too warm for me.

Then again, -30 is kind of a more practical problem than regular rain and occasional freezing.

I might be trying too hard to seem bitter. We barely have any snow yet and feel a bit ripped off tbh. Know I'd miss the climate in a hurry. Though Christmas is genuinely starting to blow each passing year.

Haha, I know what you mean and it may seem a bit strange but I've been actually missing those old fashion Christmas activities and gatherings and all the things that comes with it. Me and my mate have been living 'isolated' for some time now, far from most relatives, so we haven't had much hassles that comes with Christmas. As for the kids, well we have four of 'em (we used to have 15) and all they nag us for Christmas (and for that matter, most of the time) are freshly fished tunas, and they meow a lot too.
