i don't think anyone beats him . But those that have a good/decent chance of winning:

MDW- Martinez - at this point , I see Ward winning a decision against Martinez. Martinez wouldn't be as effective at 168. Ward UD - around 116-112

SMW- Bute- It would be a great fight . Bute matches Ward's speed and packs a bigger punch. Ward is the better technical boxer, and has a higher ring iq. Ward by close decision 116-112

LHW- Hopkins- Even at his old age, I think Hopkins give a tough fight for Ward. I'm not sure Ward is ready to move up in weight at this point, but a think LHW would suit him in a year or two. Ward close possible SD

Dawson- Just as fast, stronger, bigger, and longer reach than Ward. However, Ward is the better Technical boxer and I see him outworking and outsmarting Dawson over 12 rounds. Ward close UD 116-112

Siilakh - this is a good, young up and coming fighter . At this point, it's tough to tell how good of a fighter he is. Still , I think he gives Ward a tough fight. Ward UD 116-112

other guys that deserve a mention- Dirrell and Cloud. - still think Ward beats them both

Middleweight - No fighter at 160 can beat him imo.

Super Middleweight - Bute and Dirrell could make a good fight out of it, have a chance of beating Ward.

Light Heavyweight - Hopkins and Dawson.
