Why not the winner of Ortiz vs Berto II ? It seems to be the most reasonable fight for him since they are rated #3 (Ortiz ) and #4 ( Berto ) at Welterweight at the moment?

You're correct: the winner of Ortiz v. Berto II is the best option out there. It's just Andre Berto and Victor Ortiz are GB and Pacquiao is Top Rank. Thus, it would be difficult to make. Other than that option, Bradley is the most interesting.Originally Posted by Maravilla2012
