Typical Britain, you can't even go for a walk without a pack of hounds harassing and stalking you. I don't understand why these youths hang out on street corners. a) It's cold and b) It's bloody boring. Why don't they play with their Playstations or play football?

There's an entire breed of these creatures swarming all over the place and they should really be put down like stray dogs.
