Burns made a wise choice but I just thought it was kinda odd cuz Ive rarely heard about fighters calling the police for help.. These boxers are proud men and more times than not, we read about them getting into fights instead of dialing 911..

Burns: Operator, help help!! group of young kids are threatening me..

Dispatcher: ok ok slow down and take a breather... Identify yourself and what is going on?

Burns: I'm sure you've heard of me. I'm Ricky Burns, the champion boxer.. lol please send the swat team down immediately cuz im fearing for my life..

In fairness, I'm not convinced everyone in his household knows who he is, let alone the 999 operator.
