Amazon are the most customer focussed business you will ever find. Their whole business model is based on this. They are a nightmare to deal with as a manufacturer (I have been doing it for years) because their attempts to be the cheapest mean they price match the market and end up driving down the SRP of your product. But an absoulte dream to deal with as a consumer.
