I'm really happy. Capello didn't give a shit, he sepnt half his time out of the country and was just on a jolly for the money. Not sure who I want tbh - 'Arry' would be good, but he's 64 and won't be in the job for that long even if he does get it. I just think we need a complete chan ge. We should stick all the youngsters in and use the Euros as a learning event with a real view on the world cup in 2014. We nbeed to get a stable team that will have consitency for years to come. From the current squad I would only keep a few: Hart, Cole, Gerrard, Rooney, Wilshere and Parker probably. I'd stick Oxlade-Chamberlain (even if he is still green) Kyle Walker, Gary Cahill, Phil Jagielka, Phil Jones, Tom Cleverley to name a few

I reckon the FA's recent conduct has made this even more of a poisoned chalice. If Redknapp's got some sense he'll rule himself out quickly, and this will leave the FA looking at the likes of Pardew or someone from abroad. Don't think O'Neill would want it, neither would any of the Scottish brigade.

I'm a little disappointed Capello's gone, I thought we had a decent chance at the Euros this year, maybe could have made the semis. I think he was our best chance of doing well this year at least. It's a shame. Cheers anyway Fabio.

As for his replacement, it's probably going to be Redknapp, which wouldn't be too bad I suppose.There's so much clamour for an Englishmen he's the only decent option that would probably take it.

I'd like to see Scott Parker get the captaincy too, just because he has tremendous hair and runs about a lot. Ferdinand doesn't want it and probably won't play, Terry isn't allowed it, Rooney's an idiot, Cole is a cunt and I don't want Gerrard to get it cos he always looks miserable. Parker it is.

Redknapp all day long

To be honest i knew this last year and the plan then was Harry in charge and Beckham his number 2 ..this has been circling round white hart line for ages and i got a good friend who's pretty well connected at the club.

couldnt agree more. A learning exercise and lets face it for first time in a long time expectation is zero ! Give the kids a go and lets all get behind them

No more Terry, Lampard or Ferdinand in the squad. I wouldnt take Gerrard either and kind of hope he gets crocked so that decision is made for the manager - whoever that may be.

England are a limited team and would be lucky to get to the quarter finals so might as well throw some youngsters who will be fearless with some experience heads like Parker, Gerard and Cole. With all this clammer for Harry the team may do well if he gets rid of the dead horses but I doubt he does that as he is mates with Terry and Lamps.

Either way hope Spurs drop like a stone down the division and get that miserable prat Mourinio to screw them over and leave as he always does.
