at least cintron is, and was a natural welter, and not a guy who fought the majority of his career at 135/140, were i might add he had his best years IMO.......i like tony but IMO im a little tired of all the talk and none of the action between most of the welterweight division....i wish all the welters would just STFU and fight.......especially the ones at the top......
