No not cold sores, right up by me nostril but spread a little down into the tache. I've had it before when I've had a proper runny nose and Ive been constantly dabbing away at it, think its just the friction.
That hasnt happened this time though, I havent had a streaming nose at all, its as if my bodies gone 'well you're feeling shit, you might as well have the lurgy on your face'

Went back up the docs today, seems I've gone from having a virus of some kind and walked straight into a chest infection. Signed off work for the rest of the week, gutted
