Great post cheers. Thats given me a lot to think about. I do sweat a lot during training anyway and i see your point about the sweat not having anywhere to go, with the elasticated waist on the sweat suit one time i took it off it was like i had just poured a pint of water on the floor.
It did say when i got it there is a danger of fainting and i prefer to be able to just get on with my workout rather than have that worry at the back of my mind. Its a tough one alright, I dont like to waste £50 but I think your right that unless you have a weigh in its kinda pointless. I think the weight thats lost wearing just a t shirt is more likely to stay off.
