I really didn't need to see a replay of that stoppage. The bell was heard. Utter bullshit.

Lederman has it even through 8. 78-78 or 4-4 in rounds, seems about right to me.
Garcia has his best success when he backs Morales into the ropes.

I just gave that last one to Morales, but missed the first 3 rounds. I'm guessing its pretty even.

Morales seems to be lathargic, and not fighting with his usual zeal, he's also getting hit with a lot of big punches.
Lederman still has it even after 10, 95-95 or 5 rounds each.
Morales down in the 11th.
UD for Garcia, I didn't have it as wide for Garcia as the 3 judges did, Lederman had it about right 115-112, I believe. The KD in the 11th sealed the deal for Garcia, the fight was even up until then.
I hate seeing fighters crying after fights, can it Garcia.
Morales just got old, and his heart didn't seem in it anymore.

Morales gave a fair account of himself. I think the scoring system led to him getting sloppy and getting knocked down and I agree that the KD was the difference in the end. Morales knew he had a handicap and couldn't do anything at this stage.
Retirement seems like the sensible option, he has had a good final run.

The fight has closed, but it seems the judges are trying to give it to Garcia no matter what. Morales has to go for broke as this sport is crooked.

I have the fight even, but I don't trust these judges.
Just because the bell rang doesn't mean Molina's guy can get into the ring while the ref is still counting. It wasn't even like he was on 7 or 8 and about to officially end the round. He was on 5. Plain and simple, Molina's guy jumped the gun and it cost his fighter. Why is nobody blaming him?

The scoring is way off, but Garcia pulled away in the end.
Morales lost, but was never given a fair shake by those judges.

Another god hassler and potentially the gayest interview I have ever seen.
It's not even that I'm high on the decision. I didn't like it and wanted the fight to go on, and as I said before, going by the intent of the rule the ref could/should have let it slide. But he did go by the letter of the rule, and you can't get too mad about that. If you don't like the rule, fine. Complain about the rule. But bashing a ref for following the rule is off base.
As far as Molina's corner guy, it wasn't a trivial mistake, it was a huge mistake. Again, notice how NOBODY else who worked either corner got into the ring. We could see that nobody in Kirkland's corner even began moving toward the ring, and I'd bet it was the same on Molina's side. We saw Ann Wolfe didn't even get off her chair/stool at ringside; she knew the rule. And apparently everybody else on Molina's side knew the rule too. Don't downplay what the one guy did; he cost Molina the fight, not the ref.
Nice performance by Danny Garcia. There's no shame in Morales losing to a fighter that good at his age. I didn't see Morales' post-fight interview but I hope he fights at least one more time before hanging them up.
