Ditto. The same scenario his dumbass had when he was stripped. Rios had no intention of making weight and I wouldn't be shocked if he was a hefting 145 at opening bell. He's high stakes gambling with career to me, matter of time before his flavor of the month run expires. It really is a dumb move not to move up already.
