When Rios came back for his second weigh-in, he actually weighed more, he was 4 pounds over. He will now have to fork over some of his purse to Abril. He should have learned his lesson the last time.
He needs to move up to 140.
Is he a cousin of Castillo's by any chance?

I like Rios as a fighter, but fuck this weight business. Just move the fuck up and stop playing games. Making weight isn't an option, it is an obligation.
