The fact that there were so few Ring Champs actually made the belt what it was. Now just like you said, it's like all the others

having few ring champs did make the belt worth more. I understand wanting to have less vacancies. But the policy they have instituted is not defined very well and seems to have way too much leeway.

Just wait till the first time, a Golden Boy fighter who is number 1 faces a number 4 guy and is given the ring belt, but a top rank fighter does the same and isn't.

the huck situation was a joke.

they wanted to fill a vacancy at cruiser so when Huck took the fight with Povetkin they removed him, even though the odds were decent that Huck would move back down if he didn't beat Povetkin.

Let's not forget Huck got robbed though that doesn't really relate to the cruiserweight sitation. I just...fuck this years robberies is all I have to say.

Rosenthal is horrible. I hated his writing to begin with. Now that he's EIC, he's bringing down the whole publication. This is easily the worst move yet. Just look at the comments to the article announcing this change. There's only one guy who likes it.h
