He's had anabolic-steroid-releasing implants ("pellets") since before the first fight. Sure they can take them out and he might not have abnormally high T-levels on fight-night, but he's had the advantage of them during training, which is a much bigger deal.
I'm very curious to see what the Peterson camp's explanation is. The two things that make no sense to me are:
1. If you have actual steroid implants, why would you agree to hardcore olympic-style testing (and not remove them and flush your system immediately)?
2. Why come out and admit that you had them already at the time of the first fight? (I mean, the honesty is good, I'm just wondering why they would volunteer this -- I don't think it's just because they're good people.)
