Lucian Bute vs. Carl Froch Saturday fight thread

Got it in one armin. 120-108, 119-109, 119-109. Hard to argue with those either.

Frampton was good, although wasn't particularly as entertaining or crowd pleasing as you'd expect.

Never seen frampton before, while it wasn't overly crowd pleasing he looked pretty dam good would like to see how he progresses.

He's usually a bit of a banger, hance his decent KO record. First time I've really seen him go for a boxing over offensive approach. Some people may find his record as a big hitter unjustified by this, but he didn't go out to get the KO in my opinion.

Ill be sure to keep an eye on him and I don't mind defensive fighters its not like he was running or anything, fought a smart fight and did up the offense quite a bit towards the finish stretch.

Just about any foreign fighter will get the 'who are ya' chant if they stick their head above the parapet. Frankly, there are some British fighters that deserve that kind of treatment. It was close but I felt kess edged it and froch left some in the tank, kess didn't and that ultimately made the diffrence I think. Was a crackin fight either way and definitely would watch it again if they met

Again bute starts the round well and froch actually batters him in the second half if bute comes thru this all the respect in the world to him, but holy shit fuck....never underestimate froch again

Froch seems to have no technique, but he is one hell of a fighter.
