Forgive my ignorance (I know nothing about PEDS)... but if the amount of drugs you absorbed were administered to a horse would it run faster?

My question for you guys who want to know who is also using Peds would be :

"What calibur are the guys you know who are using? Without naming names i.e. Are they World champions, British champions, World title challengers etc"

I don't know if he'll even answer that but it's worth a go.
