Victor Ortiz vs. Josesito Lopez/Humberto Soto vs. Lucas Matthysse

So.. any thoughts on who Canelo will face next on September? Would it be Lopez? Cause I don't think that fight should be made, only reason would be if Lopez really thinks he can carry the extra weight and/or cashing in. Either way, great night for boxing. Feel sorry for Ortiz, but hey, it's boxing. I think he was leading the fight before it got stopped, and for a moment immediately after the stoppage I was questioning his heart for the 2nd time, but I think a broken jaw is a legit way if you want to quit.

I think Lopez has a couple options. He could fight mike dallas, whom he previously stopped, but has since won 4 fights on ESPN. Make a few bucks. Then fight bradley.

I'm pretty sure there was a rematch clause for this fight and I imagine Ortiz will take it.

i really dislike ortiz.
he's a dirty fighter who lacks respect for his opponents health and safety... i would not be surprised to learn he's roiding.
