Yeah the Haye camp protested to Mickey Vann and brought in a Puerto Rican ref that doesnt allow holding. He is as bad as Joe Cortez. Anytime Chisora gets close he will break the action. This and the 10 round distance both suit Haye to the ground. All he has to do is keep running and its in the bag

Cool then.... Chisora should steam into him.from the off and throw everything with full power. Basically fight his ass off and put I right on Haye. Agree this is so in Hayes favour its amazing Warren allowed it to happen. Wonder if the draw/rematch is at the back of certain peoples.minds. Hmmmmm

The 30-40,000 tickets and shitloads of Boxnation subscriptions Haye has sold was at the front of Warren's mind

Haye hand speed and power will drive Chisora into a shell for 12 rounds.

There's no belt involved. Chisora better not start slow with plans to pick it up later, or there won't be a later. Hoping for a KO, preferably by Chisora.

True, but it still should be a 12 round main event. Or "12 round special attraction". Its a huge fight in the UK.

It was Hayes request so then bookies had to cancel bets and recalculate odds on the 12 round distance. Everything is going into Hayes favour

    10 rounds
Ref that wont allow inside fighting
Warren has said he will disown Chisora if he does anything crazy.
Chisora fighting with his own trainer
Chisora coming in heavier than usual.

Hope im wrong but I expect Haye to win a UD. Want Chisora to get lucky with one of his Frazier swings but he doesnt have any power in his shots.

It wasn't at Haye's request it was decided by the Governing bodies. Warren even said so himself. It's Bunce and co who have all turned on Haye and are talking shit. All they seem to show is Haye blowing out against Thompson about 500 years ago when he was a skinny little kid and Chisoras last round with Klitschko. They are putting shit loads into the fact that he won the last round against Vitali. Well it was an injured Vitali and Haye actually won his 12th round against Wlad but not once has that been mentioned.

There are gonna be some sad faces on the Boxnation pundits sofa after tonight.

If I was in Haye's camp I wouldn't want Vann either:

    1) He looks like a noodle, I don't care about Bruno/Lewis... How much younger was he then? Small AND old now.

    2) he's Warrens mate: allows Hatton to wrestle his whole career... When Hatton splits from Warren he not only stops, but is cool with Carlos Maussa head butting a cut on Hattonand then repeatedly slicing it with the cuff of his glove.

Oddly the last time Vann ever reffed a Hatton fight

    3) warren wants joe calzaghe to fight an american for a belt. Clinton woods is fighting glen johnson for his ibf title. After giving woods a small, cold dressing room... guess who the ONLY judge to say that woods lost was? Mickey Vann.

So yeah, if I was fighting a Warren fighter I wouldn't Mickey Vann either.

Yeah Vann was rejected because he's allegedly Warren's man.

10 rounds was what they originally signed for because there was no title. It was weeks later that Warren got the WBA/WBO to add a couple of micky mouse international titles. Team Haye didn't request 10 rounds they just decided to stick with it.

It's something I've felt since the Hatton Maussa bout and the Woods one only confirmed it for me.

All I've read from Booth is that he doesn't want a 68 year old flyweight... Warren on the other hand feels the neec to defend Vann's impartiality abd why he refs so many Warren fights

    Funny that.

As I say, it's something I felt years back... I'm sure it's been talked about behind closed doors for years, never really heard it talked about openly till now.

@erics44, other than potentially David Price versus Tyson Fury, this must be your favorite possible boxing event. Two British heavyweights in front of 40,000 people. Am I correct? I haven't read the whole thread, but I assume you are pulling for David Haye. You think he makes it a boring fight like he did with Wlad and Valuev? Play it safe and use his legs?

Unhappy Re: Haye v Chisora... I'm picking Del Boy to stop Haye late.

Weaken chis with counters then attack when he's worn is the plan I reckon.
