Yeah I never believed that sparring session would be this big a factor.

Being trained by a conditioner, in the absence of Roach and having wild sparring sessions instead of working on a gameplan have really comeback to haunt him.

Do you know who I think would be a good trainer for Khan? Adam Booth. He'd have him fighting off the back foot and protecting his chin much more. Unless it's just as simple as Khan cannot stick to a game plan once he gets clipped?

But even still, his conditioner was telling him not to get wild. He emphasized the point and Khans response was something like, "Yeah but it's exciting"

He's just going to be one of those fighters who's ego will just always get the better of him no matter who his trainer is. The best I've seen him stick to a plan was against Kotelnik..but then again, he wasn't a big puncher.

It's true..do you know what I just noticed too in the Garcia fight?

In round 4 when he was on queer street for most of the round and getting laced with massive left hooks and right hands, he's STILL doing that cocky thing of waving Garcia on?? Leg's like bambi on ice and still trying to be cocky? He did it about 3 times! Check this video : It starts at 1:20-1:50

He hasn't got a hope in hell with an attitude like that.

His problem, and it always has been, is His Backleg. Puts the Head where it should not be.

His head being in the wrong position is the exact same thing he taunted Paul McCloskey with after beating him. Funny old game.
