Right you are Sir, George Groves vs. Francisco Sierra, 8 rounds, super middleweights. I doubt that Showtime will air this fight tonight, and sorry right off the top of my head, I don't know anything about either fighter other than they're Super-middleweights.

Tidy opening round for Groves, Sierra doesn't look to have much movement.

Really good performance from Groves, although he did get a nasty cut from a headbutt in the second which may mean he has to delay his fight with Anderson. Although it's off to the corner above his right eye, it looked really deep.

However, once the fifth began he landed four concussive shots that sent Sierra crashing to the canvas. Great stuff from Groves, hope he recovers okay.

Have a good one mate....starting to get a little late for me.... I think it was a sixth round KO come to think of it, Groves had a terrible cut, but that just focused him on getting the job done, and the knockdown before the ref stopped it was pretty nice. Sierra was very upright and didn't have the best defence.

The other fight on was Hugo Centeno against Ayi Bruce of Ghana, and possibly one of the most one-sided eight rounders I've seen. I don't think Bruce landed over 9 punches a round the whole bout, and the first half Centeno was outpunching him 30+ against one or two. However, these Ghanaians have excellent chins, and while it was never competitive, he stuck around. It was 80-72,80-72, 79-73, and Bruce was lucky to get that. Centeno doesn't look to be a huge puncher, but at 6'1", he's a very tall guy in that division.

so gus johnson wants to put RG in the same breath as henry armstrong(if he wins). a little hint, armstrong didn't win an interim title at 147 when there was 4 major belts.
