You dont have to say of course but are you on utube dancing at all Missy?
Check out Sonja:
I really like this one as well, beautiful/georgeous girl with loads of personality and great routine, looks like she has a tattoo on her left side which must be allowed in Lithuania.
1st place in competition "Queen of the Pyramid" 2010. Bellydancer Dovile from Lithuania (Kaunas)
Sonja is a good dancer, just um, american styled
dislike her costume for a show, for a club yeah but great for me as I can she how she is generating the movements
It makes sense that the Easterners would have belly dancing down to a science since it originated there, and they've got the technical aspects and "emotion" perfected.
However, I really like how the one in this vid looks and dances, she may not have that eastern emotion but it works for me, I really like that costume as well.
It's safe to say that I don't view women the same way most mid-eastern males do, i've heard that they cry after having sex, and hey, we all know what goes on in Turkish prisons.![]()

the thing about showing or sharing emotion when you dance can be done, you just have to open up and be confident and comfortable with being vulnerable. It's not so much about hitting the beats. Soraya isn't egyptian. Easier said than done. Apparently tis' one of my strong points![]()
I heard you had two strong points?
Hang a wet donkey jacket off um I heard.
Sorry....carry on. (threads far too sensible)

@Andre Remember the movie "Midnight Express"? Most of that movie, based on a somewhat true story about an idiotic American kid named Billy Hayes that mostly took place in a Turkish prison. The comment was made during the movie that homosexuality was strictly forbidden in Turkish prisons, but that everyone did it anyway.
It really had nothing to do with the topic, I thought i'd just toss that bit of info out there, to be amuzing.
As for the crying after sex, back in the early 70's I became good friends with young lady who worked for years at a "cathouse" in Louisana, not far from New Orleans. We'd smoke a joint together sometimes, or get drunk and she'd tell me stories about some of her more unusual tricks. (she was "retired") She mentioned that a lot of the Iranian, Iraqi, and Saudi men, et al who came to the 'ho-house would cry after having sex.
When I as her why they cried, she said she guessed that they thought they'd committed a sin, but who the fuck knows.
I hope this helps, sorry to be confusing.![]()
