I could see getting shitfaced drunk, passing out, and then not remembering if I had sex with someone, it's not very likely that i'd forget about the sex, but in my case it's happened a time or two.
A horny girlfriend who came over to my apartment one night after I was passed out (sorry, I used to be a bit of a drunk in my younger days) began successfully arousing me to have sex.
