    Fiddy?

Way to early... and I suspect probably never.
Outfits ran off the back of active super stars seldom are near the top once the fighters retire or decline.

Case in point: rjj is still squared ring's biggest fighter.

If team money build their core on one fighters back then the rug will be pulled when Floyd stops fighting.

Arrum or Schaefer are the most powerful guys. They're the guys who make the investments and manage their investments to world titles and hopeful superstardom. Without guys putting the money in to back prospects the business of boxing can't exist, so the moneymen are the top dogs.

Hard to say which one is stronger right now, it comes down to the fighters that they have under contract. GDP have come from nowhere over the past few years and built a proper organisation with a competent guy running the show. They've got guys like Canelo and Broner. Top Rank have guys like Manny, Chavez Junior and Benavidez. I can't see either organisation fading away anytime soon as Arum has a son-in-law who is vice prez and will take over when Arum carks it. Schaefer is on a one-man mission to fuck Arum up and so we'll prbably see these two promotional outfits continue to dominate boxing and waxing and waning as their fighters become superstars, leave and do a TMT, etc.

    Arum easily.

Manny is a boxer nearing the end od his career, in a year or two he will be an after thought while Arum still controls a large proportion of the boxing matches we see.

After him Schaefer and then probably Sauerland?

Al Haymon deserves a mention. The amount of leverage he holds over the networks (mainly HBO) is crazy.

Unfortunately, I'll have to go with Al Haymon. He has HBO by the balls. If HBO doesn't kiss his ass, and over-hype his stable, he can pull away the cash cow Mayweather and jump to Showtime. So, you know HBO doesn't want to lose Mayweather, so they give in to his demands. Plus, no money goes out of his pockets, but he sure does rake it in.

    Haymon Boxing Organization

What makes it worse, is that we have to see his crony Sam Watson, and his retarded sons always standing in the background.

Good post. I looked at it on a macro level rather then micro whereas you stuck to the question.

Individual's I suppose Haymon and Arum.

Hbo told Martinez they would not telecast a Zbik fight. Hbo controls the air time. Floyd does not control Hbo and neither does Haymon.

    Showtime ditto. Just different fighters.

Sad that it has become so monopolized.

Well in Martinez's case, he has no real bargaining power, unfortunately.

To be honest I don't know why HBO don't just invent their own Belt and do the whole scene 100% in house independently.
