Once in awhile, I eat fruits and veges for brunch (I don't eat breakfast or lunch but a full meal in-between) and all the junk foods I want for dinner - burgers, meats, and so on; and just a biscuit or two at several tea breaks in-between. Maybe not a healthy one but a balanced one - I hope.
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
