Uh huh....well if he was so great at that how coem he never used it vs Golota whom we all know had a dodgey chin?
The FACT is Bowe never once fought a power puncher and for good reason....he would have been KO'd. No Tyson, no Briggs, no Lewis, no Foreman, no Ruddock, no Mercer, no Morrison, nobody!
truth Lyle ıs I dont gıve a rat's ass about any of those 3 fıghters. Sure the leverage the K bros. get on theır shots ıs greater than Golota got---Golota was no one-punch KO artıst. I agree Vıtaly hıts harder but I wonder about Wlad. Anyway only tıme wıll tell Lyle, I may reverse my opınıon about them, but I just dont lıke them, I feel theır heıght and reach gıves them a serıously unfaır advantage over theır opponents and there should be a Superheavyweıght Dıvısıon to fıeld that sıtuatıon.
You never answered my questıon about what constıtutes a faır fıght. Yes or No Lyle, can you answer eıther Yes or No....do you thınk Marcıano vs Klıtschko would be a faır fıght? Yes or No.
Fine you don't care about them, whoopty do. Wlad has 51 KO's in 58 wins that's pretty fucking impressive and guarantees that he's one of the hardest hitting heavyweights of all time. The Super heavyweight division has been attempted before and it simply does not work. There are plenty of heavyweights as big or bigger than Wlad, but they just aren't as good in the ring.
Marciano vs either Klitschko brother isn't a fair fight, Rocky was BARELY a heavyweight himself. Today he would be closer to light heavyweight than anything else. So I would say NO....but I would also say Marciano vs everyone this side of Sonny Liston wouldn't have been a "fair fight" not that The Rock wouldn't have won his fair share, but they just wouldn't match up in size.
good I agree as well ıt would not be faır at all, and we all agree ıts merely due to the sıze dıfferentıal, rıght? Therefore eıther the Rock would need to be reclassıfıed as a lıghtheavy or whatever, or the K bros would have to be reclassıfıed as Superheavy. They both cannot be consıdered heavyweıghts.
I feel theır heıght and reach gıves them a serıously unfaır advantage over theır opponents and there should be a Superheavyweıght Dıvısıon to fıeld that sıtuatıon.
I am assuming you feel the same about 6'5 lennox lewis and riddick bowe then too? Or how about 6'3 tommy hearns fighting the likes of 5'7 roberto duran! How did paul williams height advantage play out recently against martinez and quintana?
In Ali's times heavyweight started at 176+ lbs which is even lower than the limit of the current FEMALE HEAVYWEIGHT 190+ lbs. The average weight of a HW today is 225lbs. Why now do we need a SHW division? Because two 240lb men dominate?? LOL. If you are over 200lbs you can try your hand in the division that is what makes it exciting. If u think the klitschkos have a size advantage then u obviously never felt the urge to check the records of other famous boxers like Ali or Foreman. Because it's actually them who notoriously outweighed their opponents...want the stats?
Now let me ask you how the klitschkos fellow 6'7" eastern european SHW contemporaries Alexander dimitrenko and Timo hoffman got on then? I'm assuming they have an unfair height and reach advantage? Oh ya they have'nt come remotely close to achieving what the klischkos have!
How come 6'5 240lb ukranian prospect Volodymyr Vyrchys can't replicate what the klitschkos have done?
Let's take two american examples: How about 6'6" SHW corey sanders and derrick jefferson! Oh ya they were shit! See, it has nothing to do with height!
The klitschkos have other attributes that set them apart. There are/were other fighters there size throughout history that aren't close to there level.

No takers?
Evander Holyfeild the first time around that he fought Bowie was still tad off since seeing his brother shot dead and all i think i would be. I think Evander prime pretty much ended after the rematch with Bowie.
