Miles do you like a dry filling or, with plenty of gravy chips or mash or boiled spuds.
Some supermarket pies have nothing in them, gravy is a must with mash potatoes.
Morrisons do the best pies of all the supermarkets.

    Fray Bentos anyone?

There's nothing wrong with a Fray Bentos. The only weakness is some of the pastry stays gooey and want more steak, but for what it is. It's a fair pie. No classic, but comes out of a tin and pie you have. It's alright. I could probably eat 2 for a meal though.

I know it is that freak thing I have. None of it budges me. Pies, sausage rolls, kebabs xl.....none of this stuff had any impact on me.

I was 72 KG, came back 72kg. Something isn't right. Not a bit up or down. Just 72.

After about 2 weeks I realised I was winning nothing with this fight. I came home and realised it was true getting on the scales just knew there would be no changes.

There weren't. People like Hatton bug me. They really do.
