My instinct tells me I would want an abuser tortured to death, let alone merely punished for their crime, obviously I have no understanding of what it's like to be abused though. If the women have found some solace in revealing what he did now then good, just a shame, to me as an outsider, he got off scot free.

the thing that just does not ring true about this woman's story is she claims one time she saw Gary Glitter do something and another time she was touched up by Freddie Star.

Freddie's reaction makes me believe he is innocent and common sense added to the statements from people who know and knew Freddie makes me totally distrust that woman's statement and see it no more than a "lets make money off a fake story" scam.
