As for your blither about me being "marginally racist", yeah right, I found out a long time ago that anyone disagreeing in any way with a liberal is a "racist", that race mongering innuendo means fuck all.

Come now, are you surprised at that after the bullshit I had to put up with (from the poster in question)because he thought what I posted was "racist"? Apparently to today's liberal "racism" has less to do with race and more to do with the disagreeing or mocking of policital viewpoints...if we're using the old fashioned definition of racism then how would the liberals explain away calling any person of color that supports Republicans 'Uncle Tom' or 'House N****r'?

What shouldn't be in the argument? I'd agree that Mars use of mulatto detracts from his post but I also don't think he really cares. If you are against racism and bigotry then you should be against it in all cases not just those that support your point of view. Otherwise you really aren't aginst these things at all and selectively choose when to be offended and are pretty much a hypocrite.

Yes in fact white people HAVE had it hard why don't you look up what happened with the Irish when they came to America, or the Germans or the Eastern & Southern Europeans.....but I suppose they just "aren't white enough" to have faced any real hardships or how about the white people who settled out in the west they didn't have it hard? All their work was done by slaves and such right? I mean I'm middle class, I guess I ONLY got here because I'm a white guy right? I guess the only reason I did well in school was because I was white. The only reason I work hard is because I'm white.


I love the whole idea that the locus of control in 100% of situations depends on 1 thing.....my skin color. I don't have to work hard or pay taxes or pay bills or feed myself or my family, I just have to "be white" and everything is alright....nothing wrong in that line of thought is there? Okay, my bad, I am a bit emotional with lack of sleep and thought it was a personal. I do think this place needs to start moderating it more. I know it doesn't want to lose members, but I remember a time when I joined here it didn't get too far and people were sent for the door when it began. Or maybe given a cooling off period to think about it.

We need to get back there.
