LOL I love how JMM had months to prepare for this fight and everyone questions his muscle gain? Its simple, eating a little more and weight training. Being somebody who has built themself naturally from 80kg to 95kg at 12 percent bodyfat I kinda know what I am talking aboutJMM really didnt look that big, he looked a little more muscular but that could be beginner gains from starting weight training. PEDS are not the only things that put muscle on you, hard work and food do it too
