Rigo-Poon is a bit of inspired matchmaking so I'm looking forward to that one. Arce will take a heavy beating this weekend. I think a guy with Arce's style will be in serious trouble against a calculated puncher like Donaire. Tailor made.
I think the main event is appalling and so won't bother with boxing this weekend. Donaire sends me to sleep anyway. It takes something special to keep me away from boxing and Donaire is that. Yawn.
I guess no one is even giving Arce a chance... He's a cagey sob, and i think he will give Donaire problems mid/late if he can survive the early rounds when Nonito looks for the big shot.
I pick Arce for the Upset
The other one should be fun too. I'm looking forward to this card for some reason.
You are the Creator of all that is, all that was, and all there ever will be.....
Nonito Donaire vs. Jorge Arce will likely be shown Saturday night after the re-play of Pac-JMM @9:30 PM ET here in the States and at 2:30 AM Sunday morning across the pond in the UK. Rigo-Poon has apparently been canceled, due to Poon failing a blood test.
Starts @10:30 PM ET Saturday night here in North America and @3:30 AM in the UK/Europe.
At Los Angeles (Showtime): Amir Khan vs. Carlos Molina, 12 rounds, junior welterweights; Deontay Wilder vs. Kelvin Price, 10 rounds, heavyweights; Alfredo Angulo vs. Jorge Silva, 10 rounds, junior middleweights; Shawn Porter vs. Julio Diaz, 10 rounds, welterweights.
and also Saturday:
Starts @4:30 PM ET here in North America and @9:30 PM in the UK/Europe for you Brits and other "foreigners" who might be interested.
At Los Angeles (CBS): Leo Santa Cruz vs. Alberto Guevara, 12 rounds, for Santa Cruz's IBF bantamweight title.
Even without Rigo-Poon it should be a good night of boxing.
cheers

Jorge Arce also has Angel Hernandez in his corner like Juan Manuel Marquez if I remember correctly. Does anybody have the latest Jorge Arce’s pictures? Just wondering if he is also ripped.
The Donaire v Arce fight is on Box Nation which is a pleasant surprise! Now I am interested in this fight.
