Rios got owned by Abril and Paulie lost comfortably to Cano imo, so scratch them right off the fackin list.

For pure dominance I like Broner but its hard to ignore Marquez's highlight reel KO and Garcia's two brutal 4th round stoppages. One of those 3 for me.

I can't really pick jmm, donaire and froch imo got good cases.

Froch was a big time underdog to bute, just absolutely demolished him tho, but his other win is meh he did what he's supposed to be.

Marquez because nobody saw that coming I don't think, just wow, and I think if I had to vote id vote for him, but I'm also personally biased since he's a favorite fighter of mine, where as I was never to fond of donaire.

Donaire busy and active, good wins but nothin like jmm/pac.

Honourable mention to Robert Guerrero. He could actually win this. Comes up two weight classes after a 15 month layoff and beats Aydin, the recognized number 1 contender and then Berto. Both by a wide margin.

Leo Santa Cruz deserves a shout. He has already fought Alejandro Hernandez, Vusi Malinga, Eric Morel and Victor Zaleta and fights again tomorrow.

A guy knocks out one of the p4p kings that has been oh so dominant for so long(Despite his fights with JMM). how can you not give it to him? Marquez for the significance of the win over Pac.

One spectacular ko win against a faded former p4p champ makes you fighter of the year?

    I can't agree.

    WHOA! WHOA! WHOA! WHOA!

    Wait a fckn minute!!!!

When did exactly did Pac become "a faded" former P4P champ?

Officially yes he lost to Bradley.
General sensus is he beat him one sidedly. Possibly only losing 3/4 rouds if you were generous to Bradley.

You are the first person which I read this comment from.
Please enlighten me when and where he started fading.
Cuz prior to Bradley he was on 15 fight winning streak. (Regardless how one saw the actual result of fights vs. JMM)

Carl Froch no doubt about it, (Brit bias obviously). Having said that whoever suggested Nathan Cleverley was clearly avin a giraffe.

Pac hasn't looked the same since his fight with margarito in 2010. He's looked lack luster in his fights since... Decisioning Mosely who was a 40 year old former PED user & well past his prime. Manny connected with more than 8 times as many power punches and didn't finish Mosely! Barely beating Bradley and using leg cramps as an explanation for his poor movement and lack of power. The less than stellar showing against JMM in the third fight, which most fight fans believe he lost.

I've read that many people saw manny pulling away in the fourth JMM fight, but anyone with eyes and who isn't blinded by Pac's fairy tale story should have been able to see that his classic in-out movement wasn't there. His speed wasn't there. Yes he hit JMM and busted up his face, but Marquez was waiting for that one right hand to land.

Marquez is fucking 39 years old and jumped 2 weight divisions to lay out a guy who has dominated weight class after weight class, was a consensus P4P #2 and hasn't been knocked out since 1999. Marquez is fighter of the year. He just shocked the shit out of the boxing world. No debate is required here.

Funny how PAC made his fame beating faded fighters with Marquee names / resumes. Now he gets KO worse then he ever KO anyone out and he is faded. This sight is full of pathetic part time boxing fans. I really thought this was a boxing site it's a BS social media site for bandwagon PAC fans surprised there are not hyperlinks to Pacs website and a nose slot for nose insertion into Pacs ass.
