The big one that comes to mind is Sven Ottke vs Anthony Mundine, which was made all the better by Mundine claiming that Ottke punched like a girl in the leadup to the fight.
That HAS to be the most brutal KO by a feather fisted boxer in the history of boxing, and it was come from behind one-punch knockout. Only 6 KO's in 34 wins.
This was the one I was gunna say. It sticks in the mind because it could not have happened to anyone better than Mundine, the guy is a dick.
I remember Sergio Mora stopping this guy with a few decent looking knockdowns. I can't remember his name though. I found the video though.
Yes. Ottke recorded only 6 knockouts in his undefeated record of 34 fights.
And yet Mundine was counted out while flat on his back.
Not to mention the above mentioned pre-fight comments by Mundine.
This is probably the best example of a one-punch KO by a light-hitting fighter.

Ward vs Dawson. I know Dawson wasn't laid out on his back, but i'm sure he had to be thinking "how the hell did he drop me twice". Especially since Ward hasn't KO anybody in forever.
The punch that Calvin Grove layed blood & guts Jeff Fenech out with was X rated.
Sweetpea Whitaker flattened Ben Baez back in the day with one huge left hand, and caught Juan Nazario with a beautiful left hand KO, both 1st round KO's.
Paulie Malignaggi KO'd a bum named Kevin Watts back in the day, but that was after nailing the guy with a hailstorm of flush punches.
Wilfredo Benitez was not normally known as a big puncher... but he caught Maurice Hope with a terrific right hand in their 1981 championship fight, and that was "all she wrote."
