...and many of his opponents had also recently been fighting guys with questionable records like these

A much better match up would be Collins VS Froch, pretty much the same skill level.

I'd go for Vinny for that trophy. Jones showed something he had never shown before or since in that fight. A dominant jab and I could not believe how good it was. Why he abandoned that and relied on reflexes will always puzzle me. Roy got all kinds of breaks because of his drawing power.
