Yes yes because you like Cain that automatically means that Reem is not a top heavyweight and would magically just be KO'd in less than a minute (the same way Cain himself was against JDS the first go round).
Cain, JDS, and Alistair are all top heavyweights and top strikers with enough power to knock each other out on any given night.
We'll see how Reem looks in his comeback against lop dick Silva, admittedly it will be hard for Reem to do much better against the mongoloid savage than Cain did.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
Fair enough. I find him to be stronger, more explosive and a more diverse striker than JDS, but lacks the stamina, boxing and chin of Dos Santos. Reem is most def a kickboxer more than a boxer, he does have good takedown defense and brutal kicks and knees.
I don't like Bigfoot because he beat Fedor !!!
I did root for Bigfoot last time out tho and was happy to see him get the win.

His big advantage IMO is his strength and technique in the clinch and his kicks/knees.
In the JDS fight, Cain was shooting wildly and wading in slowly to clinch. That's fine against JDS because he's a boxer who always plants his feet, so Cain only had to worry about two fists.
Against Reem, he's going to have to worry about catching a knee coming in. He's not safe on the outside and he's taking a huge risk when he tries to close the distance.
If there is an overeem era does that not tell u how shit it is?? The guy is a bigtime juicer who did nothing in pride! (he should be banned for life!) Velasquez is the MMA equivalent of chris arreola.
Long live Pride:

I like cain and jds both. I never really saw them as a threat to overeem. I think overeem is the definition of evolving mma. People can accuse him of peds but is there anybody more committed to physical combat than this guy? He has gone through mma organization and took titles away. Ufc is his next stop. I think only bjj could stop overeem but in todays heavyweight era, bjj is a lot less effective in the division.
