He is hit-able, he's been dropped by a feather puncher. he punches himself from time to time.

He's illiterate (Fuck all to do with boxing, but I have with him on twitter and he really is, just cabbaged)

He'll fold like a broken dinner table the second he fights anyone with a defence.

David Price would put him flat.
Well he couldnt do it to a 17 year old version of Fury but he did manage to get dropped himself n their amateur bout
If he doesn't punch and ko himself just called Neven Pajkic's over hand right to help

Price won that fight yeah? I think Price is a different beast. I don't see how Fury could even consider beating him.

After his channel 5 rant about Price and Bellew me and a guy from Liverpool were taking the piss out him and his uncle on twitter and he was like "I'll come to Liverpool and fight you're entire town center"

Come to Glasgow and one 5'4 drunk scotsman'll put a bar stool leg up your gypsy arsehole!

He seems to think that because he's a boxer he can fight the world.

Man has a little talent, granted, but he's deluded when it comes to just.... well, real life.

Like the Ultimate Warrior from WWF/WWE changed his real name to Warrior and started being that guy outside the ring,

    That's Fury.

Price was a 22 year old experienced internatinal. Fury was a 17 year old novice with about 10 fights. Put that in to perspective. Fury is now fighting world class title challengers while Price has been fiddling around with middle aged British journeymen.

Dont be shocked to see Price go tits up in his next fight

    Middle aged, Hmm!

    Rogan 41
    Maddalone 38
    Pjanic 35

    That's 3 of Fury's last 4.

Kevin Johnson was there to survive. Guy barely threw a punch. He WAS a title challenger, but all he is now is a tough guy that is hard to stop.

His career will now be that guy, put in against up and coming HW's to get a challengers name on their CV.

Only difference between Fury and Price is Fury's mouth and that he's being moved along fast.

Fury hasn't beat anyone that Price wouldn't have beaten and vice verca.

I hadnt seen much of Thompson but fuck me I think Maloney is going to regret this!

To go from Skelton and Harrison to this guy is a massive step for someone whos never had to face adversity. Thompson is a southpaw to boot!

Couldnt be bothered to watch the entire fight but looking at the first round of his rematch with Klitschko, hes going to give Price some big problems. When Thompson comes forward throwing his combinations Price is going to look like a complete novice. Iv seen that little bit of panic in his work a couple of times when Sexton and Skelton came to him. Neither is any sort of threat.

Will be worth a few quid betting that Price gets stopped early

I saw the fight. I don't disagree with you.

However I believe Price has as much right hand power as Klitschko. I also believe if Price does win, Fury fans will have to agree that Price has now faced the hardest opponent.

It's like DeGale and Groves, they constantly take over each other a fight at a time.

Possibly, id say they are on a par with each other. Id say that Chisora beats Thompson.

I reckon Maloney has taken this because of the criticism of the recent opponents, hes trying to match Furys progression but if I was Prices manager or promoter id be looking for someone a level below Thompson. Price is good and has skills and power but his chin is going to let him down. Fury has learnt the hard way against lesser opponents that he can overwhelm but Maloney hasnt been steadily increasing the level, in fact if anything over the past year its regressed. Price needs some unkown fighters to come over and test him.

He may well flatten Thompson early but I can see Thompson pressuring Price early and Price hasnt had to deal with a quality opponent yet. Even if Price wins I reckon there will be moments that raise even more questions about Prices future.

You're opinion of Price is far lower than mine, although it's your opinion and you're entitled to it, in fact I commend you for having it.

I feel the same about Fury, remember Fury has only slightly topped Price in opponents, and he has been dropped by someone who can't punch.

If we're both going to be honest, they'll likely both get stopped by any fighter that can swing like David Tua or V Klitschko.

    fury is a plank

considering the amount of threads in his name that are started and the amount of activity on those threads you are all enjoying the ride as much as me

most people seem to think he is poo, cant punch blaa blaa blaa

I am pretty sure he is at least top 20

and i think price would be a favourite in a fight between them, lets hope it happens

Tyson Fury is the real deal and he will beat Robert. He is young but has progressed faster than Price however he does need more polishing. Fury needs to improve his fitness which has got better, he needs more experienced fights at the higher levels and he needs to wait for the Klits to retire or show signs of age before he goes for the world title. I actually think Price could beat Fury now but only because Fury is not the finished article.

Thompson is very poor now and I expect Price to knock him out with a big right hand. Price to going up the rankings and Thompson is going down them very fast and hard. Price is 28 so he has to work faster than Tyson does

You need to get your mind off of Fury's nether regions and take a look at the facts .

Well fuck me gently with a chainsaw, I agree with ross. Not about Del boy beating Thompson, which is daft, but the rest is fairly accurate.

Thompson is tricky, quick, busy and has a decent punch from a very unorthodox southpaw stance (he's actually right handed, which makes his shot selection difficult for opponents). Add to that he's 6'5" tall with an equal reach to Price and a quick snapping jab and although I would tip Price to win this isn't an easy fight selection.
