Big dummy. He's lucky he didn't kill anyone, in or out of his car. As one whos been on both sides frankly, I have zero pity for drunk drivers.

Anyone hear of these built in breathalyzers in newer model cars that shut the car down? Not sure how they are a sure thing though. Back in the day you had a friend piss in a bottle to pass a test, whos to say they wont just pay people to breath into a gadget and drive off?
