It's great to hear. I know people hate Floyd (and for good reason), but the revenue and interest he generates for boxing is great for the sport.

He paid his dues and seemed to make all the right moves over the last 7-8 years or so. It's hard to argue that kind of success.

50 Cent was saying recently that his prmotional company doesn't exist, isn't incorporated or anything. Basically it's just on paper and he subcontracts the whole operation to GBP. It's possible he's making that kind of money from the fight when you factor in the overseas money but Golden Boy must be working for buttons. Maybe the $85 million number is how much profit the promotion made on the two fights. Maybe Vegas are paying ginormous site fees.

What Floyd makes before taxes? No idea honestly. You've got to factor Al Haymon into it at that point. I can't see Haymon and Golden Boy working for chump change especially when they bailed Floyd out when he was being chased by the IRS.
