I'll be shocked if Dallas sees the 3rd round

I have ringside seats for this event.
I'm flying to Las Vegas on Friday for a mini-vacation.

Matthysse is the favorite, and this match was chosen while they wait Garcia out. That said, Dallas could easily play the role of spoiler.

Ditto. I watched Leonard/Hearns 1 in the closed circuit days at a hockey stadium and that was ok but during Tysons run I gave the bars a go largely because I was sick of paying 60 bucks for a minute or two of brutality. I grew out of that right quick. I will never go to a sports bar to watch a fight again.
I havn't been to a Sports Bar in over 20 + years, and when I went, i'd usually end up getting shitfaced and spending more on drinks/beer/food then I would have if i'd stayed home and bought the PPV.
Even with the crowds I hate at live events, if I could get good seats, I'd still like to see a great boxing card, in Vegas et al, a time or 2 before I check out. Part of the fun is seeing the celebs and famous fighters who show up.
BTW, I went to see Leonard vs. Duran I, on closed circuit at a theater in Houston, Texas (1980) - the quality was fucking horrible, I couldn't even see most of the punches landing, or tell who was winning until the decision was announced.
I don't know how much of this card Showtime will air Saturday night, maybe only Matthysse vs Michael Dallas Jr & Selcuk Aydin vs. Jesus Soto Karass. This card starts @10:00 PM ET here in the States/Canada and @3:00 AM Sunday in the UK/Europe.
At Las Vegas (Showtime): Lucas Matthysse vs. Michael Dallas Jr., 12 rounds, for Matthysse's WBC interim junior welterweight title; Selcuk Aydin vs. Jesus Soto Karass, 10 rounds, welterweights; Jermell Charlo vs. Harry Joe Yorgey, 10 rounds, junior middleweights; Chad Bennett vs. Ben Ankrah, 12 rounds, junior welterweights.

up next: Selcuk Aydin vs. Jesus Soto Karass, let's hope we see a good scrap.
