Your Prince Harry or "Captain Whales" has made headlines in the U.S. recently.

He' reportedly been killing terrorists on his recent tour of duty from the safety of his Apache helicopter.

Admittedly thats more war action than I or many of you have seen.

So whats the public opinion in the U.K. ? Is he a war hero ? Media construct ? Smug jerk ?

Surely there is a cynical take on this story...

My opinion of him is that he seems alright, he'd fit in well at saddo's and thats good enough for me. He gets naked in Vegas, dresses up as a Nazi to go to a fancy dress party and you just know that the moment William and Kate have a bit of a row he'll be trying to slide one into her.

He's a gunner in a killing machine, of course he's going to have killed people, its war. War hero? No just a soldier doing what he's supposed to do. If you're going to ask a soldier have you killed anyone....huh...huh!!! Dont be surprised or shocked when he says yes.

I do not like the royals. The whole exercise was PR which backfired. Taliban said they were after him but he was hidden away from all the real fighting. Whilst Harry goes back home most of his colleagues will go back to being unemployed, disabled and on the scrap heap.
