Only a fool would say that an old, fat, slow Foreman who had lost a great deal of velocity on his punches hit harder than a prime, young Razor Ruddock.
His left hand punches generated the most power in boxing at the time. There's no way that a plodding fat old man (no disrespect, but Foreman was clearly all of these things) was hitting harder than him. Young Foreman probably did but not the older version.
