    Just a thought.
The only problem with that is Guerrero is most likely a bigger draw then Devon outside of Saint Louis. I also do not believe that any rational boxing fan is going to buy into the notion that Floyd is scared of Guerrero. I do think you are on to something about being some kind of ploy though and believe that it will still be Guerrero given the date. Who knows with this guy though. He's got a date, location and Hbo in his pocket and needs a partner. If it ends up being Alexander then so be it. He's so far looked different at that weight and the Bailey fight imo cant be used against him. Sure he fought safe. Who TF wouldn't?

Btw frasd I may be on the extreme other end of the country but I truly respect those greats of the past that come from the great Province of NovaScotia (on my bucket list to visit along with Newfoundland)

    Langford
    Dixon
    Mysterious Billy Smith
    Beaten

Notice I didn't say Kirk Johnson lol

I know Kirk but won't mention it to him. He is much bigger than me.
Read a lot about Langford and for Christmas my wife bought me the book 'Shadow Boxing" about Dixon's life. Embarassed to say I didn't know alot about him before that.
Newfoundland is great. People are the best but I can't understand a word they are saying. Much like Mayweather Sr.
    Cheers

Tbh I always liked KJ and had high hopes for him.To bad he had the discipline equal the the life expectancy of a Med-fly. Not to many people know about Dixon or for some they see the name and go to boxrec and then form their opinion based on the abhorrent stats they have listed. Lol at the Newfie/Sr comparison.
