Master, what ending do you want in the 5th fight? Hasnt a 40 year old marquez done enough?

Yes it will make him millions but if he walks away that will leave his legacy intact in the best win of his career?
Marquez has taken years to get to the top, he can earn the most amount of money in his career, why should he walk away now. Legacy is intact no matter what the result of the fight.

hasn't been interesting for a long damn time now, Mayweather would have beaten him effortlessly and it was obvious after the 4th Marquez fight and the weak showing against Bradley

Which is the more convincing argument?

"You robbed me, give me a rematch"

    or

"You knocked me out cold, give me a rematch"

"How about you will make the most amount of money in your whole career and you owe me after I gave you 4 returns when I did not have to (and where did all those muscles suddenly appear from)?" argument from Manny.

Or "I got lucky with a punch that I threw while I was looking in the other direction"

It was a powerful, but also lucky shot. Sooo...what's the knockdown count between these two?

It's just a shame that getting a knock down isn't enough to win a fight by itself isn't it?

Lucky punch... Seriously?! Watch the fight without the fanboy glasses on, Marquez has been measuring Pac for the counter right all night, landed it several times and even scored a knockdown with it... Pac was just about managing to step back from it to lessen it's power, sooner or later Marquez was going to measure it and then it was LIGHTS OUT.

@Master 3 returns, not 4... and everytime he did it was because Marquez had left a HUGE question mark hanging over him, Marquez had looked to be aging or Bob Arum didn't want to play ball with anybody else.

We complain when fighters tarnish their legacy and go on too long... and we do when they don't? No wonder most boxers never feel secure enough to call it a day.

    So true.

Its a shame theres so much money on offer for marquez with the fifth fight as he will now reluctantly be forced to do it by bob arum.
