Ortiz isn't a "fake" gangsta, he's really not one at all. As for Rios, he talks a lot of shit, but I doubt that he has much to do with gangs. He can make a lot more money from boxing then he can selling drugs and Robert Garcia makes sure Rios doesn't get involved in that lowlife shit.
