You strike me as a pretty good poster on here & able to see things pretty clearly

Thing about the Cotto fight is there was no proof

I agree that it is very possible that Margarito did have loaded gloves but without that proof I have to take the fight as it was, Margarito's career will always be questionable now

Had he not been caught before Mosley none of would have known any different until he was eventually caught or heaven forbid never found out

So for me Cotto quit but was taking a beating at the time, but my feeling is his corner or the ref should have stopped it before that point, just like Martinez was ko'd against Margarito

You and I (and most of the population of the forum) can civilly discuss back and forth whether what Cotto did was quitting or not. Some will criticize Cotto for it... others will not. But it remains a civil conversation. This does not happen with someone like VD. His hatred and bias gets the better of him everytime. Going back to the 2nd Cotto-Margarito fight. VD criticized the shit out of Cotto.... calling him a coward... saying it was a sad day for boxing. Most (including myself), just dismissed him as an idiot. This is par for the course with the guy. He'll find whatever straw he can hang on to.... as long as it fits his agenda. I've got ZERO respect for a loser like that.

    All good

I actually don't have an issue with the guy & do agree with some of his takes on things

I don't get into the name calling thing as I don't see the point

We all are passionate about the sport & it can get frustrating reading posts we don't agree with

I can be very easy to just drop a diss or call a fellow poster this or that

It takes a man to debate like an adult imo

No issues. I'm up for a good debate same as most on here.
But some valuable tidbits from VD:

    - Puerto Rican fighters don't want it as much as Mexican fighters.
    - It's a sad day in boxing because Cotto thoroughly outboxed and beat Margarito without going toe-to-toe with him.
    - Starts a thread about a P.R. fighter coming out and saying he's gay. (Most responses were "so what?").

There's more, but I can't be bothered to dredge up all of his old shit.
Suffice it to say that I'll respond to insults with insults..... all day long.
And there's no poster here least worthy of my respect than VD.

Luckily, I don't come in here to talk to him.
Personally, I wish he'd move to ESB, where he'd more at home.

    True, how sh*t is ESB!

So many trolls, even guys with 10k+ worth of posts don't seem to know jack

Each to their own, I'm not saying you shouldn't insult anyone

But I just prefer to debate the facts or my views without them
