This is crap. He legally registered the gun in California, legally checked the bags flying from California. He goes tgrough the same process in Bew York byt gets arrested for it. Only in New York is this a crime, its a joke. 99% sure no charges get filed sincd it was an aidport and therefore Homeland Security and the feds take over and they know not to waste their time. Still stupid. A littke bit of ignorance on Guerreros part but he wasnt trying to take a gun on a plane, just trying to bring it into an airport which is proper procedure everywhere else in the country.

Gun owners aren't allowed to be ignorant of gun laws, and carrying an unlicensed firearm in NYC constitutes a bit more than a "little bit of ignorance" IMO.

To be fair though, every state has their own gun laws and not all are even close to similar. Now my question would be: "why the hell bring a gun, loaded or otherwise, on a plane ride anyway?" But he did and I doubt he'll be put in jail. Most probably a heavy fine since he did declare it in California and wasn't exactly smuggling firearms or the such.

On another note, I had no idea this dude was so damn religious. If you noticed Ward really toned down the S.O.G shenanigans but good god man Guerrero is going full on bible humper.

I hate the bible thumping stuff. I'm agnostic and I'm fine if people believe in Jesus, but the fact these guys will thank god for helping him give another man a concussion is just rediculous. It's such a delirius, EGOMANIACAL thing. If one believes in god, what kind of douche would he be to pray that god helps him win a fight instead of praying for, lets say, African babies who are born and die days or hours later because there's no food.
