Sixty lbs ago it was nothing to sit down and eat runny eggs, hashbrowns and maple links for breakfast AND dinner. Maple sausage and bacon is so damn good. Moderation. Grapefruit and cottage cheese breakfast yesterday and it taste like someone stuffed a dirty wet sock in my mouth!

M-F: I have a cheese stick or piece of fruit on the way out the door to working out with the Soldiers, then after I shower I usually have a greek yogurt for breakfast. I make my own sausage and the rib gets super organic no-nitrate bacon from pigs that were hugged daily so I'm not worried about processed meats. Saturday and Sunday breakfast is a big meal in my home both literally and figuratively.
Most bad government has grown out of too much government. Thomas Jefferson
agreed. worst foods of all time: cold cuts, hot dogs, donuts made with gluten, grease, and hydrogenated oils, white bleached flour, cheese-food (ever see the wording on American Cheese slices? It aint cheese, folks, it legally must be called cheese-food!)
My rule of thumb, is eat something good or don't eat at all, eat all the protein (eggs, meat, fish, dairy products et al) you want but be sure to include other foods with a high fiber content to keep those bowels moving. (beer, hot coffee and tea are great natural laxatives)

best foods of all time: spinach, carrots, wild fish (the 3 main are sardines, salmon and mackerel), seeds of all kinds, berries, natural apple vinegar (2 tsps a day will keep our blood smokin and your bowels rippin).
