Basically everyone is equal and there's no need to make a punishment harsher just because the victim is a minority or is in some subculture group.


Allow me to ask you if I murder someone does it make a difference if the person was white, black, hispanic, asian, heterosexual, homosexual, transgendered, bisexual, fat, skinny, bald, allergic to shellfish or what have you? Murder is murder plain and simple.
