"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
115-111 - Canelo.
I deducted one point from Trout because the Showtime comms kept saying he landed shots that blatantly missed.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
114-114
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
115 - 113 Canelo
114-113 Canelo, the knockdown won it for him. He fought in patches, Trout backed him up on many occasions and his defence was good as Trout missed a lot. Trout just couldn't land a big enough shot to really worry Canelo. 118-109 was simply ridiculous, that scorecard shows a one sided fight and i certainly did not see that..
Alvarez won't want a rematch. If he is to challenge Mayweather he will not get away with fighting in spurts and his defence will not save him either, Mayweather will punch holes through it like Swiss cheese!
I scored it 114-113 for Canelo.
6 rounds each, the knockdown was the difference.
116-111 Alvarez.
115-113 for Alvarez. The fight was no way a more than that for Alvarez. Anyone scoring that above 115 for Alvarez had to be blind as fuck!
That UD score of 118-109 from Stanley Christodoulou was just FUCKING OUTRAGEOUS!!!
I think they need to retire him. Stan has been involved in some bullshit before.
A nice little blurb on the scoring of that fight by Bad left hook. Take the poll and see the scores of the judges, the press row scoring and what others thought about it.

Have to disagree, Canelo was hurting Trout with those uppercuts. Everyone--almost everyone--will agree it was a close fight, and a KD by Trout might have changed things.
I want open scoring, but it has to be after each and every round. Do it all the way or forget it, after 4 and 8 is BS. The minimum should be 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10.
Perhaps its all about when you show the open scores? Round 8 made the end of the fight very booring. And the shit scores that came in at that time was de-motivating. No way was Canelo all the way up in the fight at that time.
I think they should revise when they submit open scores and under what circumstances.
