I think that's the first time I've seen a fighter accused of ducking someone he fought less than a year ago

What makes you think he's avoiding a rematch? He got stopped pretty comprehensively less than a year ago, I don't see why they should have fought again immediately. Iirc Garcia said they weren't going to do it again straight away and he'd have I earn the rematch. Which is fair enough.

Khan has said he wants the rematch, he said last night he wants to stay at 140 to take on Garcia again. We could at least wait for Khan to move up to 147 and say he's done with 140 before we accuse him of ducking a rematch. It's been less than a year since they fought, give them a chance.

Khan is many things, deluded, a few hairs short of a lions mane, not quite on planet earth, but one thing you can not accuse him of is cowardice or running from Garcia. That is looney talk.

    There are no more chances.

We expect khan to fight garcia or mattyhsse next.
    Lets see what happens.

Khan has the speed and the skill to achieve wins over both fighters so lets see if this can be achieved.

So Khan is fighting a b level welterweight champion rather than fight an A rated light welterweight puncher. Makes sense.

Which light welterweight isn't he fighting? Garcia and Matthyse are most likely going to fight each other next so they're out.

He isn't fighting Peterson who has just been beat and who Khan already beat except he didn't but he sort of did. I think Khan fancies his chances against Wlad but Alexander is more likely if only to get up Brooks nose who Khan will not fight, because Amir thinks he is leagues above him, having not fought in his division yet and now almost sharing a common opponent.

I think Brook has got under the skin of Khan so much that he does not want to see him get paid to fight him. A bit like Hatton with Witter.
